Thursday August 28, 2008: Weak southeasterly upper level flow will maintain the opportunity for moisture to return to the valley cities as we head into the weekend. Temperatures will remain warm in the low 100's from Palm SPrings to Indio. Expect increasing clouds and the chance for rain and thunderstorms for the weekend. Although the chance will be there for torms tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday apear to bring the best chance for isolated storms in the valley cities. Meteorologist Gregg Potter
